Jazz was my tech and he is so dedicated to doing a good job. I had a spring break on an old set up. Turns out those are pretty rare. While easy to fix in theory, it wasnt so easy in execution thanks to a very heavy door. Jazz came out three times to try different parts and make adjustments, finally fixing my problem and saving me from needing to buy a whole new set up. A plastic part on our old, noisy garage opener broke and the door wouldn't open. I made an appointment for the next day. Our unit was more than 20 years old, and they warned me that parts might not be available. The installer arrived on time, found the pieces of the broken part and confirmed that it was no longer available. He quickly put in a new, quiet unit with new remote controls and internet connectivity. He cleaned up the runners and lubricated all the joints, and left the garage cleaner than when he arrived. The spring on my garage door broke so I called several companies to get estimates and needless to say the price varied quite a bit and there were some.... lets just say questionable practices.  I remember that years ago I used Eudy Door and my late father also either knew someone there or had used them and liked them, so I called them and they had the best price and were upfront and fast.  Made a stressful situation much easier.  The tech came as promised and had me back in business in no time and no monkey business on the price. Had several quotes for garage door replacement, but went with Eudy Door. They had the best bid/value, and actually provided brochures for the garage door opener, and the door itself to list out all the options-something that none of the other companies did. Looking at a hard copy brochure is always much better vs.  just looking online (which is what all the other companies told me to do). I also liked that they had more of a sense of integrity with their business -with great customer service. Michael was great at communicating updates, and I was able to get my new door installed quickly by Rob. Eudy Door was top recommended on Next Door and it's easy to see why. A visual inspection ensued and then adjustments and  roller hinge repairs were completed. I can't say enough about the Eudy Door Co.  We had a recent problem that they took care of promptly, efficiently and at a great price compared to what another company proposed.   The other company had upsold us to the point that we thought a new door was the best option.  Eudy was able to take care of our issue quickly without the need for a new door. My garage door spring broke at night. I called Eudy Door  first thing the next morning. I spoke with Michael in the office. He said he had a tech in my area going to another job already. He said he would change the order of his stops because the next two he had after that were for property managers and could be done later in the day. He said his tech would be here between 9:30 and 10:30. Not too long after that Michael called me back and said that Eric would be here at 9:30. Eric arrived promptly at 9:30. Eric was friendly and honestly concerned for my problem. I had 2 cars trapped in the garage with a 12;00 appointment to get to. He replaced the broken spring. lubed all of the hinges and bearings in about an hour. Eric thanked me several times for using Eudy with sincerity and not sounding like he was doing it because his boss told him to. I choose Eudy Door off a recommendation from a friend. My garage door opener suddenly stopped working on Thursday. I pressed the button and nothing happened. Thankfully I was home. When I pressed the button there wasn't any sound. The light on the door opener button was very faint and blinking. I called Friday afternoon and explained what was happening and was told it was probably a circuit board and that would by around $300 and it won't be warranted.  For a little more I could get a new garage door opener. I priced them at Lowes and considered doing it myself. When we first moved into our old house we installed it with a friend. Then I reconsidered and sticking to our budget we could get it installed for twice the price of the opener in a box at Lowes. So for only $635 we had a new opener installed including taxes and they took the old one away and disposed of it. I scheduled to have them come out the next working day, Monday. Our appointment was between 10-Noon and I was told it would be closer to 11. At 11am I got a call that said they were on their way in 30 minutes. At 11:30am as predicted Eric showed up. He was very professional. He said it would take about an hour and a half to install and he was done in that time. We now have a new garage door opener , 2 clickers, a wall mount with a lock switch and the ability to open and close the door with an app on our phones. Eudy installed a new "Liftmaster" garage door opener for me about 3 years ago.  Totally satisfied with the work, the price and prompt responses to recommended maintenance questions. I contacted "Michael" today as I had a problem-door was not responding to car or hand held remotes.  I shopped this question around before contacting Michael, who is the long time owner of Eudy-no help.  His response was immediate and concise-had I changed the light bulbs recently?  Yes. Was it an LED bulb? Yes.  Change it to a conventional bulb-the LED's can interfere with the signaling.  Presto-worked like it was brand new-problem solved! I used this company back in 2020, they replaced the spring on my garage door. I am so happy to use them again today December 2023 to replace all 10 of my garage rollers with the same tech who worked on them back in 2020. They came out to my residence to replace my torsion springs on the same day I called them. Jazz showed up and installed two new springs also made sure everything else was secure and a minor lube on the rollers and pins afterwards. These guys are fantastic. I called because of a broken garage door spring, and they came out and fixed it the same day within a couple of hours, replacing both of the springs on the door. The repairman, Jimmy Nguyen, was competent, quick and very respectful. I've got my garage door repaired and working again and anticipate not having problems with it for another 10 years. This is the go to garage door company in the area.  I have had them work in multiple doors over the years.  I first started using them in 2004.  They are easy to work with, responsive and just plain good people from Michael in the office to the techs that show up and do the work. We had two garage doors installed by some incompetent guy and we suffered for 11 mons with a super noisy door that would intermittenly open by itself after closing. Then one morning in the garage, I happen to see a Eudy business card on the wall after we moved some items.  My wife said; "They're the company that installed the original doors over 23 yrs ago.  After contacting Eudy, the Mgr. came out to look at out problem and said, "No problem...we're on it!"  Robert from Eudy then came out a few days later, and within a jiffy he solve the problem...we couldn't believe our troubles were all over. For the record, this is not my thing. I'm to business to respond to surveys, reviews & etc.  but every time we go in and out of the garage, we get so excited about the quiet and smoothness of the door. My two Maltipoos prompted me to write this, because of the loud broken door they would run towards the garage when mommy was coming down the street toward the house. I called Eudy and talked to Michael and described the garage door damage that occurred after I was backing out of the garage and didn't know the garage door was coming down.  The garage door hit my SUV's rear window and it bent the door and track, leaving the door stuck halfway in the down position.  The technician, Jazz, came out and quickly sized up the situation, reattached a few of the door rollers, squared up the door with some sheet metal screws, and straightened up the track.  The door works great now!  Note: If this happens in the future, always go up with the door and never try to force it down because you could cause more damage by trying to do this. A huge thank you to Eudy Door for their excellent service. A special shout out to Michael for his customer service and Robert who was our installer. My garage door was installed on the date it was scheduled for. The garage has a low false ceiling so a special track was needed for the installation. The install took about 1-1/2 hours to complete (single car garage). There was a slight issue with one of the sides which I didn't notice until after the tech left. Called the company and they immediately scheduled the installer to come back out for an adjustment. No questions asked. Robert arrived on schedule and remedied the problem by a slight adjustment and then adding additional weather stripping on the door at no cost to me. Michael called beforehand and assured me that all would be taken care of until I was satisfied. It definitely was. Thank you so much for your service and making sure it was perfect. 02/15/2018 I called on a Sunday to make an appointment with Eudy Door Company because my garage door was making a popping noise as it was lowered. They were closed but I left a voice message to call me back. At 8AM Monday I received a call back to assess my problem. Now that is quick service! I explained the problem and he set me up with an appointment that worked around my schedule. So, I scheduled it for Friday Feb 15. (10AM-12Noon). Today, Friday I received a call from the technician at 9:30AM to confirm he was on the way! Sure enough, at 10AM, the tech named Robert was at my door. Right on time. He diagnosed the problem after checking out the door. It is 25 years old and it needed a 16' strut (or I'd call it a brace) to go horizontally across the inside bottom panels. Robert had all the parts, fixed the problem. Lubed all the moving hinges and rollers. Demonstrated to me that it was 100% back to normal. Again, I'm impressed with this company and it's excellent employees; who have good customer service skills. I base this on their continued communication (phone calls to me) and being prepared when showing up; with all the tools and parts to complete the job. I went to see these guys to get some parts for an old garage door- they knew right off the bat that they weren't going to get any business from me (any significant business, anyway)...I just needed a part. The guy I spoke with was so professional and helpful....the fact he knew he wasn't getting an business out of me, but still did his level best to help me out was incredible. I have an old garage door, and I will need a new one sometime in the future, I will absolutely use these guys. I first found this company while living in East Sac, they installed my new opener perfectly took time and explained everything. Moved to Roseville, used Rudy again, perfect installation. Excellent customer service! I called about a broken garage door late one afternoon, and by the next afternoon, the repairman had replaced it with a superior product. He was meticulous in lining it up correctly with the door, and lubricating all parts of the door and hinges before he left. My garage door opener suddenly died - I was rushing out to work and couldn't get my car out.  I called Eudy Door and the gentleman walked me through the 'broken spring v. faulty opener' diagnosis, and I was able to get the door open immediately and not miss work.  He also quoted me a very reasonable price for replacement of the door opener.  Jazz came out and installed the new opener, and programmed my car's built in opener button.  Oh, and they charged me much less than the quote I already thought was reasonable!  From start to finish, everyone I dealt with was courteous, professional, and really, really nice. We are very please with our recent purchase from Eudy. The process was smooth and painless from start to finish. We had no idea what we wanted or what our options were so we just stopped in one day. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Mr. Eudy himself. He had examples of the different door and motor options which he patiently explained to us. He also gave us prices without trying to up-sell us. He made a very good impression so we called later that week to schedule the installation of a new door and opener, he gave us a keyless entry pad at no extra charge. He came out to take measurements and see the job firsthand to make sure everything would be squared away and ready when his tech came for the installation. Robert arrived right on time for the install. He was knowledgeable, friendly and super fast. It took about 2.5 hours dismantle our old door/track/motor and install the new one. On this morning, as I was shutting my garage door, a loud snap occurred - scared the hell out of me!! Tried to make a valid assessment of the noise but to no avail. Called my wife, explained the situation and asked her to research a Door Man to come out and take a look and see how much my pockets would be emptied. Long story, short, we learned about this company - "EUDY DOOR Co." through Nextdoor.com. The technician came out that day, actually that evening and got it in working order in a matter of minutes, in spite of my vehicle being in the way and limited light. I was looking for Delta door company, and discovered they have closed. Too bad. I only went there once, but they were great. The guy in the transmission shop next door (Tom) told me about Eudy. I went there and asked about my noisy opener, and if he thought a chain guide would help. He gave me one. No charge. Unfortunately, when I got home and climbed up there to install it, there were no predrilled holes to install it into. Upon closer examination I discovered that the bushing that was supposed to hold and support the driveshaft was completely gone. Turned into dust. Likely because of an overtightened chain. (not by me) I went back to find out about getting a new bushing and return the chain guide and was told it was only available in a $65 kit with a lot of other unnecessary parts. Checked OSH, and they didn't have the right size. Ended up ordering one from Bronze Bushings dot com for 2 and a nickel bucks. Ten dollar minimum order so I got a dozen plastic spacers for my peg board too. Later found it on several GD websites as well. Fixed my broken garage door in less than 45 minutes and even repaired my broken gate at no extra charge!!!.Very nice people. Did not try to sell me anything I did not need. The cost was reasonable. Unfortunately, I've had the need to call them out twice recently: the first time the torsion spring broke and the second time, I needed to replace the actual opener. Both times, Jaz came out and he was awesome! He was knowledgeable, very capable and I was completely comfortable with him being in my home! But even from the initial interactions on the phone with whoever was in the office - very friendly and very helpful! They even call you when the tech is heading your way so you're not stuck at home waiting. The pricing was fair and they even suggested ways to potentially save me money. Really. The spring on one of my garage doors snapped and I called Eudy Garage Door Services based on other Yelp reviews.  The person that came out was very nice and replaced the spring in 20 minutes. He also lubricated and greased the door and door opener; on both of the doors!  Now my doors are a lot quieter. If I ever have another garage door problem, I will be calling them back. I just had Robert come out and service my garage door after the spring broke rendering my door useless and impossible to open. Within an hour of calling Eudy he had arrived just 30 minutes after a call from his dispatcher to let me know he was on his way and he had the parts, replaced both springs and lubricated all the moving parts and was on his way. Great company. My husband and I had to replace two garage doors that were originally installed in 1963. The garage had low ceilings and an attic opening in one of the ceilings. I had another company out and they said there was nothing they could do for us. We had Mike come out and give us an estimate. He was professional and found a solution to our trickery problem. Once again Eudy Door has come to the rescue! Door started making a horrible grinding sound as it came up, it could be heard all over the house and probably half the neighborhood!  Called that night after work hours and Mike returned the call first thing in the morning and Jeremy was there by lunchtime. Door is repaired for less than we thought, plus serviced. I am a Realtor and have referred many clients to them through the years, all of whom have all been as pleased as we have been when we have called for our own garage doors to be repaired. I met Mike, the owner originally when I was managing 50 plus single family rental homes in the south area. He was always so responsive and so honest. Our spring broke on Sunday morning around 10:00 am and we couldn't even manually open the garage door to get our cars out.  We needed this fixed today, since we had to go to work the next day.  After calling a couple of different places to find it either closed or no services on Sunday, we called Eudy Door Co.  I left a message and Michael called us back within 5 minutes.  I explained our needs and also asked if we could get our garage door fixed around 2:00 pm.  He said he would send someone out to our place between 2:00 - 5:00.  Jeremy came out at 3:00 pm and he repaired our broken spring.  He was very nice and he did a great job.  He did it so quickly and seemed extremely knowledgeable on what he was doing.  At one point, he even told my husband to not help him lift the garage door because he was concerned about our safety. I highly recommend Eudy Door Co. Based on Yelp Reviews, we called them to replace our old wooden garage doors. I'm glad we did. Mike's consultation was spot-on and he wasted no time in recommending the perfect set of doors for us. A few weeks later, Robert came to our house and expertly installed the new doors. My garage door was acting up again and I called the Eudy door company to come fix my door. Megan from the Eudy door company came in this morning and she was great. She was quick, professional and told me beforehand how much it was going to cost before she proceeded to fix the garage door. I had a 15 dollar off coupon that I was able to use this time. Great company. Fast response. I will call them again if I have a problem with my garage door again. FYI -  They charge 89.00 dollars for a visit plus cost of the parts. I called Eudy door company in the morning and I told the gentlemen on the phone what my opener was doing and he knew right away that the gear had to be replaced. The gentlemen quoted me a price and said that they would be at my home the same day. Robert showed up at the scheduled time. He was very friendly and professional. He went right to work and replaced the gear. He even inspected the rest of the garage door setup, lubed the chain and other parts that required it and advised me that the spring would most likely be the next part to need replacement and quoted me price for that as well. Very impressed with their service. After one too many beers,  I decided to tidy up the garage... bad idea.   Apparently I put a plastic box on an upper shelf too close to the corner of the garage door track and when I pressed the button to close the door it hit the box.  The door got bound up and popped off of the tracks on both sides, bending the tracks and some supports making it inoperable.  Me and my wife were able to get it somewhat closed without getting divorced or hurting ourselves but it was crooked with a gap on the bottom and it wasn't secure.   The next morning when I got up I called one door company that opened at 7AM and they said they could "probably"  make it out today.  Probably!?!   I needed my door fixed today. Last night one of the neighborhood stray cats decided to crawl in and mark his territory (at least it wasn't a skunk). The next guy I called was super rude and when I read his Yelp reviews I saw he was a one star company so no surprise there.  Luckily my third call was to Eudy.  I left a message b/c they were not open yet and they called back as soon as they opened.  They were able to schedule me ~1.5 hrs. after I called.   The guy who came out (Jazz) was super nice and was able to fix everything in about 40 minutes.  He explained what he was doing, lubed everything and told me that my opener was still in good shape even though it was 13 years old.  The total repair cost was $88.00 bucks which included one  replacement wheel that we could not find in the garage. This also included a $15 OFF COUPON that can be found in the back of AT&T yellow pages.  Hopefully I won't have any more problems but if I do I am going to call Eudy first.

Called today to fix my garage door that had a broken spring.  Quoted $135 for a single spring replacement.  I asked based on previous reviews about double springs and he said he didn't want to pressure or upsell but that would be best for future and explained why.  Set up appointment for later that afternoon.  Megan came out and did repair as quoted.  She also noticed that the door was missing some brackets and she could add for an additional $18. Jazz came out and replaced a broken spring on my door (decided to do both springs since it was only $35 more for the part). He was prompt, professional (and tolerated me chatting him up while he worked -haha). Job was done in like 25 min and he even lubricated the hinges -so well, that I could barely hear the door raise. The sping on my garage broke after 7 years. I thought about tackling the job myself but had second thoughts about losing a limb or an eye so I wisely looked around and called these guys based on the reviews here. Our garage door broke, and after trying to figure it out, we found out that the spring broke.  I called the company that was on the garage door opener, but they never answered.  So, I came to Yelp and searched and found these guys.  I called, and they said they could be out within an hour.  They did, and they were efficient and easy.  On top of that, as the guy was testing everything, he heard a lot of excessive noise from the garage and said it shouldn't be doing it.  Found the issues there, fixed those (mostly lubrication) and now our garage door doesn't just open, but it makes a TON less noise than it did before. Eudy Door was recommended to us by a friend, when we realized that our garage door spring busted. The operator asked a few questions about the door and was able to give me a quote right away. She checked the location and said that someone could do the replacement on the same day! The repair was quick and efficient. The repairperson even arrived sooner than I expected. An easy five stars for these folks.  I needed an old garage door replaced.  Mike came out and gave an estimate.  He was very knowledgeable and loaded with good info.  I accepted the bid.  3 days later Robert showed up (on time) and within 3 hours had replaced the heavy old tilt up door, installed and adjusted the new panel door  and carted away the old door. We had the bad luck of needing a garage door repair each of the last two years (separate jobs). I turned to the community forums at elk-grove.com and posters there had suggested Eudy for the repairs. Both times they were great. Showed up on time and were done in about an hour. Spring repair was much cheaper than a place that my brother-in-law used. If you have a Yellow pages book there is a $25 off coupon for Eudy so be sure you clip it.
